FACADES OF HOOG CATHARIJNE SHOPPING MALL

We have been working on the floor cladding and facade cladding of the Hoog Catharijne shopping mall in Utrecht for some time now. Throughout the various phases, we have ensured that the shopping mall progressively becomes one whole.

Together with the contractor Boele & van Eesteren, we fitted a section of the huge building with cladding in 2017/2018. At this time, we are working on the final phase of the floor cladding and facade cladding with the contractor Akor from Rijssen.  The facades are being clad with Virginia Black granite and the floors are being tiled with Portuguese limestone.

We hope to have fully clad this section of the Hoog Catharijne shopping mall in March 2020. Below is an impression of what it looks like at this time. The building is almost entirely covered with this cladding. Take a look here at the previous phase for an impression of the floors.
